Payment: We accept all major credit cards, Bank Transfers and cheque/money orders. If paying by bank transfer or cheque/money order, please wait for a confirmation email on stock availability and final pricing. Shipping: - Web orders will be processed and despatched within 1-2 days.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the goods have been shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please call us immediately to determine the status of your order.
Shipping costs are based on weight or cubic measurement. Within Australia, goods will be shipped via Australia Post, and an indication of costs follows. - Australia Post Registered - $5.00 – This option can only be used for small orders up to 250g, where express delivery is not required.
Your package will be sent registered post to enable us to track your order, and may require a signature upon delivery. Registered Post articles are posted next day from receipt of order. Allow up to 4 business days for delivery depending on destination. Please note that if this option is selected and the order exceeds the weight restrictions, the order will automatically be sent via Express Post unless specified otherwise. Please make a note in the comments field at checkout if you wish to be contacted in regards to postage.
- Australia Post Express - $8.50 – This option can be used for any orders up to 3kg and guarantees next business day delivery to most destinations. Express Post articles are posted same day as order is received in most instances.
- Orders over 3kg will be sent by Registered Parcel Post to enable us to track your order. As the cost depends on destination, all costs will be confirmed prior to shipment. A signature will be required upon delivery.
International orders will be shipped via Australia Post Registered Mail, and prices will be confirmed via email when shipped. An indication of cost for a package up to 500g is as follows:- New Zealand - AU $15.90 Malaysia/Asia Regions - AU $18.20 USA/Canada - AU $20.50 UK/European Regions - AU $23.90 Your order will show the higher cost, however the price of postage will be adjusted on the order according to destination. We will do our utmost to ensure your package arrives safely, however please note that we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged within the postal system. Out of Stock Items: You will be notified via email of any items that are currently out of stock. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a back-order facility. Returns Policy: We appreciate your business, and would like you, our customer, to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, please choose carefully as we cannot exchange goods if you made a wrong choice, or changed your mind. If you need to return goods, please call us to discuss. Cases will be dealt with on an individual basis. Goods to be returned will be subject to the following conditions and will be replaced with goods of equal value. - Please call or email Returns to obtain a Return Authority number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package.
- Goods returned are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
- Return postage is to be paid by the customer, and goods must be returned within 14 days of despatch.
- Items must be returned in the original state i.e. in the original packaging and condition that we sent them. Partial returns will not be accepted.
- Items on special and discounted items are not returnable.
- Faulty items, or goods sent in error will be replaced and delivered at no cost.
- We recommend insuring all return mail to Selonj to ensure delivery. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
